Job Description: This person will oversee Parks, Water, Wastewater, Building and Street department.

Qualifications: General maintenance, construction, plumbing, mechanics and equipment knowledge a plus.

Good communication skills

Ability to work with the public.

Organized and self-motivated with great attention to detail.

Must have or able to obtain Grade 1 Water & Wastewater Certificate issued by State of Iowa, DNR.

Must have a valid drivers license and CDL endorsement.

This is an hourly position which includes on-call and overtime wages.

Wage based on qualifications.

Drug testing required.
