Job Description: Parts Counter Technician.
We are seeking a Parts Counter Technician to join our team at Dyersville Carquest. Individual must be reliable, self-motivated, able to multitask. Good knowledge of automotive parts is a plus -- willing to train the right individual.
In this role, you will be using a computer cataloging system to find parts for customers and their vehicle needs.
This position offers an exciting opportunity while delivering outstanding customer service in a fast-paced environment.

Essential Duties: Responsibilities
• Assist customers in selecting the correct automotive parts and accessories, using a computer based cataloging system.
• Process sales transactions accurately using POS (Point of Sale) systems.
• Maintain organized records of parts orders, and customer interactions to ensure efficient order fulfillment.
• Build strong customer relationships through effective communication, product knowledge sharing, and personalized service.

Qualifications: Qualifications
• Excellent communication skills
• Demonstrated organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently in a busy retail setting.
• Knowledge of any of the following : automotive, agricultural, heavy duty parts a plus.
