Essential Duties: What You’ll Do
Lead, coach, and motivate a sales team focused on local business growth
Drive new business development and increase overall station revenue
Build and maintain strong relationships with local business owners and decision-makers
Develop and execute sales strategies across radio and digital platforms
Identify new revenue opportunities and expand market reach
Collaborate on marketing campaigns and promotional initiatives
Track performance, manage pipeline activity, and ensure team accountability
Play an active role in the community and represent the station locally
Qualifications: What We’re Looking For
Experience in B2B sales, media sales, advertising, or digital marketing
Proven track record of hitting or exceeding revenue goals
Leadership experience OR readiness to step into a leadership role
Strong relationship-building and consultative selling skills
Self-motivated, competitive, and growth-focused mindset
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
Willingness to relocate and become part of the local community (if applicable)
