Job Title: City maintenance

Job Description: Public Works Director. New Vienna, IA. (population 385) is accepting applications for the position of public works director. Duties include all aspects of Public works including water, wastewater, streets, budgeting, parks, municipal buildings and properties,snow removal and lawn mowing. This is a full time position with IPERS benefit and paid holiday and vacation days. No medical insurance available.

Essential Duties: Responsible for all maintenance for the city to operate.

Qualifications: The city would like to have a certified water and wastewater operator Grade 1.

Ability to get overtime hours during busy seasons.
