Job Title: Customer Service Rep
Job Description: CSR is responsible for accepting, addressing, and resolving customer questions, issues, problems, and/or complaints.
Essential Duties: Identifies and resolves problems in a timely manner; Gathers and analyzes information skillfully; Develops alternative solutions; Works well in group problem solving situations; Uses reason even when dealing with emotional topics.
Speaks clearly and persuasively in positive or negative situations; listens and gets clarification; Responds well to questions; Participates in meetings.
Writes clearly and informatively; Edits work for spelling and grammar; Varies writing style to meet needs; Presents data effectively; Able to read and interpret written information.
Others as assigned
Qualifications: 4 years of customer service experience is preferred
Knowledge of sales and customer service techniques required
Experience with E10, Order Power and CRM preferred
Ability to research and resolve issues
Ability to use complex computer systems
