Job Title: Manufacturing Associate

Job Description: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in the production area.

Load and unload materials from machines, carts, and dollies.

Store and stack materials in compliance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

Move materials in and out of the warehouse as needed.

Assist with picking, packing, and performing quality control checks.

Accurately measure materials according to engineering drawings.

Ensure all work meets product specifications and quality standards.

Clearly and accurately mark parts for identification.

Follow written and verbal instructions with attention to detail.

Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor or manager.

Essential Duties: Strong team player with the ability to work independently when needed.

Well-organized with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Ability to lift up to 50 pounds on a consistent basis.

Comfortable standing for extended periods.

Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and technical instructions.

Proficient in reading, writing, and understanding English.

Skilled in the safe and effective use of hand tools.

Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required.

Basic math skills, including ability to work with fractions and measurements.

Prior experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment is a plus.
