Job Title: Manufacturing Lead

Job Description: The Manufacturing Lead plays a key role in ensuring efficient, high-quality production processes. This position provides hands-on leadership to the manufacturing floor, guiding team members, driving process improvements, and supporting daily operations to meet company goals.

Essential Duties: • Provide guidance to improve production procedures, processes, and controls.
• Manage, train, guide, and develop manufacturing associates and build a cohesive team.
• Conduct product and process evaluation for quality improvement, cost reduction, and enhanced efficiency.
• Provide leadership to main line production and promote shipping/receiving proficiency.
• Evaluate manufacturing equipment for safety and functionality.
• Ensure that products and goods manufactured meet quality standards.
• Ensure that work materials are present when needed.
• Provide assistance to improve production procedures, processes and controls.
• Manage, train, guide and develop manufacturing associates.
• Design, develop and test all cost justifying machinery, tools and equipment for suggested manufacturing methods.
• Conduct product and process evaluation for quality improvement, cost reduction and enhanced efficiency.
• Responsible for non-standard production on special customer products.
• Provide backup to main line production to support production fluctuations.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications: High school diploma/GED required.
3-5 years’ experience in manufacturing operations.
Effective communication at all levels.
Working knowledge of OSHA regulations.
Excellent problem-solving skills.
