Job Description:
Dyersville Die Cast is seeking a dependable, safety-focused Material Handler / Forklift

Operator to support shipping, logistics, and production operations. This position plays a key

role in keeping materials and finished goods moving efficiently throughout the facility to

support production schedules and customer deliveries.

Essential Duties:

• Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently

• Operate forklifts and other material-handling equipment

• Transport raw materials, work-in-process, and finished goods

• Complete shipping, receiving, and transfer documentation

• Operate weight scales to verify materials

• Follow safety and quality standards

• Maintain clean and organized work areas (5S)

• Support production and shipping schedules

Qualifications Required:
• Manufacturing or warehouse experience preferred

• Ability to read instructions and complete paperwork

• Strong attention to detail and safety awareness

• Reliable attendance and teamwork skills

• High School Diploma or GED preferred

• 1–2 years experience preferred

Physical Requirements

• Stand/walk up to 10 hours per shift

• Lift up to 10 lbs frequently and 50 lbs occasionally

• Bend, reach, and move safely around equipment

Work Environment:

• Manufacturing/warehouse setting

• Exposure to forklifts, equipment, and production noise

• PPE require
