Job Title: Project Manager

Job Description: The Construction Project Manager is responsible for planning, coordinating, and managing construction projects from start to finish. This role ensures projects are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with quality, safety, and regulatory standards. The Project Manager will collaborate closely with internal teams, contractors, vendors, and senior leadership while maintaining strong customer relationships throughout the project lifecycle.

Essential Duties:

Lead projects through all phases: pre-construction, construction, and closeout
Plan and manage project schedules, budgets, resources, and timelines
Develop and track project milestones; adjust plans as needed to meet objectives
Coordinate internal teams (engineering, estimating, operations) and external partners (contractors, vendors, consultants)
Maintain project scope, schedules, documentation, and customer relationships
Manage on-site and off-site construction activities and ensure compliance with safety, building codes, and OSHA standards
Prepare and present regular project status and progress reports
Identify, mitigate, and resolve project risks and issues in a timely manner
Negotiate contracts and purchase orders
Ensure high-quality project delivery within scope, schedule, and budget
Utilize ERP systems, Procore, and scheduling tools effectively
Conduct site visits as needed to verify progress, quality control, and milestone completion
Mentor Tier 1 Project Managers as needed
Comply with all company policies and report any violations
Perform additional duties as assigned by Senior Lead Project Manager or Director of Design and Engineering

Qualifications: Education & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Building Science, or related field preferred
Combination of education, training, and experience will be considered
3–5 years of experience as a Construction Project Manager or in a similar role
PMP or equivalent certification preferred
Qualifications & Skills
Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and project management principles
Proficiency with Procore, MS Office, MS Project, Epicor, or similar project management software
Strong math, analytical, and problem-solving skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong organizational, negotiation, and customer service skills
Knowledge of construction codes, safety regulations, and OSHA procedures
OSHA 10 or 30 certification a plus
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with minimal supervision
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and design drawings
Experience operating auxiliary equipment (forklifts, boom lifts, scissor lifts, man lifts) or related certification preferred
Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to job sites as needed
Physical Requirements
Ability to lift 20–50 lbs
May require extended hours, weekend work, and travel to job sites
Physical demands consistent with on-site construction management duties
