We provide 24-hour Supported Community Living (SCL), assisting individuals with finances, attending medical appointments, achieving nutritional goals, and developing essential daily living skills to promote independence. We support the individuals we serve with community integration by encouraging participation in local activities and helping individuals build connections in their communities. We also offer support with employment opportunities, teaching job readiness and workplace skills to help individuals pursue and maintain employment within their communities. In addition to residential services, we provide hourly support tailored to individual needs, as well as a day habilitation program focused on developing social, community, and vocational skills. Currently, our residential services are offered in Guttenberg, Edgewood, Manchester, Dyersville, and Farley.

Job Title: SCL Assistant
Job Description: Unlimited Services, based out of Guttenberg, IA is hiring a SCL Assistant, this position aids the Program Supervisor in supporting adults with disabilities. This position is a full-time, M-F, hourly position w/ an attractive wage and benefit package.
Essential Duties: Job duties consist of training direct care staff in supporting people served in their personal life and skill development. Other duties consist of administrative paperwork, quality assurance, monthly reports, finances, and on-call rotation every 5 weeks.
Qualifications: High School Diploma or GED. Experience in Human Services or related field preferred.
