The individual in this position will report to the Weld Shop Manager. This individual is responsible for working closely with the Manager in managing and supervising the activities in the Beam building for Tack, Weld and Beam Line Operator team members. Assist in scheduling, delegating and coordinating departmental activities to fulfill work orders, meet inventory accuracy and deliver manufactured products. Serve as a mentor to other current and new team members to meet company organizational goals and objectives. This is a safety sensitive position because this is a hands-on supervisory role. This individual will be working with welding equipment, forklifts, machinery such as shears, robotic welders, pallet jacks, Big Joe, combis, tube benders, plasma, lasers, hoists, banders and painting equipment and sprayers. Will be using a variety of power and hand tools including saws, drill presses, grinders, sanders and others. Will be around and working on heavy steel beams and steel pipe for trusses.
The individual in this position reports to the Maintenance Manager and is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of the maintenance team, ordering parts, performing a variety of advanced activities to maintain company machines, equipment, and facilities.

The individual in this position reports to the Maintenance Manager and is responsible for performing a variety of activities to maintain company machines, equipment and facilities. These activities include machine maintenance, preventative maintenance, mechanical, electrical, hydraulic and plumbing repairs as needed. Perform general maintenance focusing on ground, facilities and machine maintenance including snow removal.

A person in the position usually reports to an area supervisor, who reports to the Manufacturing ClearSpan Manager. A Production Worker is responsible for producing, fabricating, and/or assembling products and for setting up and maintaining an environment within which products may be produced.
